The University has selected 12 students to serve as SJSU Salzburg Scholars in 2008-2009.  After attending a program on Global Citizenship at the Salzburg Global Seminar this summer, they will spend the academic year working with SJSU Salzburg Fellows on projects to help globalize the campus.

SJSU Salzburg Scholars (2008-2009)

The University selected 12 students to serve as SJSU Salzburg Scholars in 2008-2009.  These Scholars will attend ISP #26 from May 31-June 6, 2008.  Susan Hansen will serve as Group Coordinator and accompany the Scholars to Salzburg, while Dennis Jaehne has been invited by the Salzburg Global Seminar to serve as an ISP Faculty member that week.  All participants in ISP #26 will be provided with a Syllabus, Bibliography, and Directory to develop a common basis for learning and conversation.

The Scholars will spend the 2008-2009 academic year working on projects with SJSU Salzburg Fellows through the SJSU Salzburg Mentoring Program, coordinated by Bill Reckmeyer.
