After you enroll in your class, you can then use your 9-digit MySJSU ID to access the course. • Note that late registration incurs additional fees and procedures. An Open university student, undergraduate or graduate, who wishes to take graduate level courses A regular students who was disqualified at the end of previous semester Visit http://online.sjsu.edu/ to view online class details and professor contact information Print out registration form at http://ou.sjsu.edu/news/registration-form-pdf Fill out form completely. Obtain approval of the Associate Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research by faxing the form to 408-924-2612 if you are taking a 200-level course. Exclusions for enrollment in 200-level classes: (1) disqualified students and (2) those who were denied admission into a graduate program. Pay fees after registering for the class
• Billing statements will not be sent. Failure to pay fees may
