International Business Incubation Management and Development
Delegations from around the world experience U.S. incubation processes, successful practices, management responsibilities and network development using as examples at least ten local business incubators. Course work includes an overview of Silicon Valley and the City of San José incubation, tours of city-sponsored and university-funded incubators and entrepreneur support organizations, seminars on the management of business incubators, working lunches and dinners with leaders in incubation management and hands-on design of a model business and marketing plan. Separate tracks exist for incubator staff, management and board of directors.
